Putting ourselves in the shoes of our customers, we asked ourselves four key questions, focussing on getting a deeper understanding in customers’ desires, needs and pain points. Outline all the touchpoints this breaks the processes down into more detailed subprocesses. Customers and potential customers interact with brands in numerous different ways, via many different touchpoints, depending on their needs.

We worked with them to articulate a vision that helped create the right digital strategy. How many of them are buying? They study this information and put together what they call a customer journey map.
